Lottie Loving Fagan, 89, of Spotsylvania County passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Fagan loved the Dallas Cowboys, bingo and playing cards with her family. She enjoyed going to the beach and spending time with her family. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church for many years. She was predeceased by her husband, Steward Lee Fagan.

Survivors include her sons Kenneth Fagan (Teresa) and Michael Fagan (Tracy), both of Spotsylvania; daughters Judi Krech (Peter) of Fredericksburg, Pat Hall (Wesley) of Richmond, and Betty Osborne (Verlon) of Spotsylvania; special nieces Joyce McWhirt, Catherine Buchanan and Barbara Sullivan; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sisters Laura Davis of Richmond and Ethel Flaherty of Orlando, Fla.; sister-in-law Nannie Dobson of King George; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Lucy Lou.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 17, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 18, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers for the service will be her grandsons, Jeff, Travis and John Hall, Kevin and Steven Allen, Shawn Osborne, and Todd, Eric and Mike Fagan.
