John Tony Setina II, 66, of Locust Grove passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington.

Mr. Setina had served in and played baseball for the Marines. He worked in the elevator business for 35 years. Mr. Setina was an avid sports fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs, White Sox and Blackhawks. He was a practicing deacon at St. Cecilia Church in Wisconsin Dells, Wis. He was a loving father and husband and loved to put smiles on everyone's faces.

Survivors include his wife, Julia Ann Setina; sons John Tony Setina III and Brian Setina and wife Heather; stepson Joshua Borkenhagen; stepdaughter Jessica Darmanwan and husband James; grandchildren Jocelyn, Sophia and Maya; and his beloved dog, Peyton.

Services will be held at a later date, one at Castle Rock Church in Fennimore, Wis., and a memorial service at Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove.
