Jacklyn B. Butler

Jacklyn Briget Butler, 24, of Goldvein passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013.

Jacklyn was born Nov. 26, 1988, in Warrenton to Larry W. "Chuck" Butler and Tina M. Butler, both of Goldvein. She was a 2007 graduate of Liberty High School and attended Lord Fairfax Community College. She was a licensed cosmetologist and had recently worked with the Division of Motor Vehicles in Warrenton. She will be remembered as an avid animal lover and rescuer.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George L. Butler Sr. and Hazel R. Hitt Butler; her maternal grandfather, Mark W. Faber; and uncles George L. "Butch" Butler Jr. and R.P. Miller.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Dylan Butler and his fiancee, Jordan Jones, of Goldvein; maternal grandparents Briget E. and L. Tom Kane of Goldvein; great-grandmother Eleanor Cook of Annapolis, Md.; aunts Susan Smith and husband Ryan, Mary Frances Miller, Debra Curtis, Donna Sechrist and Michelle Schlossler; uncle William Faber; her nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly; cousins and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m Friday, Aug. 16, at the family home. Enter at 12881 Sillamon Road, Goldvein.
