Robert Hoylman Bradley Jr., 64, of Fredericksburg passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond.
Mr. Bradley was a graduate of Clifton Forge High School, where he remained very involved with the high school alumni association. He received his bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University, where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Mr. Bradley owned and operated Bradley Enterprises. He had served as president of the Fredericksburg Country Club and was chairman of the grounds committee. He was a member of the Fredericksburg Elks Lodge 875 and a member of Ferry Farm Baptist Church.
He was a loving husband, father, avid golfer and sports enthusiast.
Survivors include his wife, M. J. Bradley; his daughter, Kimberly Bradley Glover and husband, Ian Matthew Glover of Clifton Forge; his mother, Julia Revercomb Bradley of Clifton Forge; his brother, David Bradley and wife Denice of Sewell, N.J.; his nephews and niece, Austin Bradley of Sicklerville, N.J., Kirstin Bradley of Mays Landing, N.J., and Tyler Bradley of Harrisonburg; cousins, The Honorable Hal Revercomb III of King George and James Revercomb of Beaverdam; and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Bradley Sr. and his uncle, The Honorable Horace A. Revercomb Jr.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Ferry Farm Baptist Church with Rev. Paige Young officiating. Burial will be private.
