I am extremely disheartened by both the gubernatorial campaign itself and the perception of it. Both the McAuliffe and Cuccinelli teams have been equally criticized for negative campaigning.

McAuliffe's most recent questionable investment gets little notice. His planning to raise some $1.4 billion in new taxes and his sudden change in position regarding coal mining and offshore drilling are hardly mentioned.
Meanwhile, we hear the screeches about "abortion will be outlawed all clinics will be closed." What Ken Cucciinelli has done is enforced laws already passed regarding health standards for abortion clinics to be comparable to other outpatient surgery clinics.

I feel equating the two when there is such a stark difference between them is what is so distressing: a con man versus a man of integrity. In view of all this, I really see no way that Cuccinelli cannot be strongly supported.
