Blake Everett Clark Jr.

Retired Master Sgt. Blake Everett Clark Jr., 79, of Stafford County peacefully passed away at his residence on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013.

He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Blake Everett Clark Sr. and Muriel Cooley on April 18, 1934. He served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and 20 years for ConTel Inc., before fully retiring in 1992.

He was an amazing artist and received numerous awards. He was devoted to his family and enjoyed life to the fullest.

He is survived by his loving wife, Vivian; his children, Cindy McKnight and husband Rick, Blake Clark III, Tommy Clark and Vickie O'Donnell; sister Patricia Ernsberger; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. A service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
