Kenneth Kulp

Kenneth Ralph Kulp, 65, of Ruther Glen passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center.

Kenneth served in the U.S. Air Force and received an honorable discharge. Besides the love he had for his family, he loved to weld. He was a certified welder and had a tremendous creative talent, with steel and wood. He also loved to buy and sell; an interest that was instilled in him by his grandparents.

Left to cherish Kenneth's memory are his loving and devoted wife of 31 years, Denise; two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica, both of Ruther Glen; stepdaughter Michelle Satterwhite of Ashland; and two half brothers, Robert Scott Jr. and Gerald Kulp; half sister Vickie Kulp; and his mother, Ruth Garner, all of Fredericksburg; four grandchildren; and many other family members including Melissa Lindsly and her three children, all of Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Kulp.

Kenneth's family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
