John Gouldin

John Gouldin, 87, of Milford died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at his home.

Born in Alps, he served in the Army during World War II and was a member and deacon at Milford Presbyterian Church. John retired from NSWC. He enjoyed bowling and participated in several leagues. He was an avid sports fan and loved the Washington Redskins and the Minnesota Twins.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Betty Gouldin; two sons, Darwin Gouldin and Bobby Gouldin; a daughter, Tana McDonald and her husband, Mark; a grandson, Josh McDonald and his wife, Ashley; a great-granddaughter, Addison; and four sisters, Martha Slusher, Louise Kegley, Linda Vinson and Jean Lynch.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 2, at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
