Hazel D. Eubank

Hazel D. Eubank, 89, of Spotsylvania County passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at Mary Washington Hospital.

Hazel was a lifelong resident of Spotsylvania County and was a longtime member of Eastland United Methodist Church. She was a loving person who was a friend to everyone she met and was the rock of her family.

Hazel is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Napier and husband Deane; two sons, Milton Eubank and wife Tammy and William Eubank and wife Ritha; two grandsons, Mark Stephens and Mitchell Eubank; and one great-granddaughter, Faith Stephens.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Eubank; her parents, William and Loula Dillard; and her brother, Emmitt Dillard.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, where the funeral will begin at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Craig Muffley officiating. Burial will follow in Confederate Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in Hazel's name to Eastland United Methodist Church Building Fund, 10718 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
