Thanks to Ron Hedelt for his column of tribute on the well-lived life of Wallace Berry ["Berry enriched many on remarkable life journey," May 11].
Wallace was the "complete package," a man of faith and a man who enjoyed a remarkable sense of humor, a poetic writer who loved life, was well-read and loved to travel.
He was a saint and a prince of a man all rolled into one. He was the epitome of a true gentleman in every sense of the word.
All of us privileged to know and love him received love in return tenfold and were so richly blessed by this precious man. "Unconditional love" best describes his life of 99-plus years:
Jan. 9, 1915-May 1, 2014.
He lives forever in our hearts.
