Poor sportsmanship by Belmont loser

In one of the worst displays of sportsmanship seen on national TV, Steve Coburn decided again to take down the entire horse racing industry in a few unforgettable, noteworthy sentences.

To blame the entire industry, its owners, trainers and jockeys for ganging up on his poor horse was tasteless and unprofessional.

Maybe the owners should have just stepped aside and created a walkover for his horse in the Preakness and Belmont.

He should have first congratulated the winning owner of the Belmont Stakes, then expressed his expected sad feelings of losing the race without squashing his boot heel in the face of the industry.
