Nancy Earles Bralley

Nancy Earles Bralley went home to be with her precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014. She was born on Jan. 30, 1932, the only child of the late Hugh D. Earles and Esther Marshall Earles.

On July 9, 1960, she married Wade Darrell Bralley, who passed away in 2013.

She is survived by a daughter, Betsy Willsey and her husband, Rick; and a granddaughter, Lauren Willsey.

A 1950 graduate of George Washington High School, Mrs. Bralley was educated at James Madison University, where she received her bachelor's degree. She earned her master's degree at the University of Virginia. She belonged to the Association of University Women.

Mrs. Bralley began her teaching career at G.L.H. Johnson where she taught for four years. From there, she went to Newport News where she taught for one year. Following that, she went to Langley Air Force Base where she taught for three years.

Nancy was a lifetime member of Fairview United Methodist Church, and she was a longtime member of the Windsor Heights Garden Club.

Funeral services will be private.
