More Info: A loss prevention employee detained two male subjects after observing them concealing items of merchandise. James Ragland, 25, of Mineral was arrested for shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and released by the officer on summons. The second subject, a juvenile, was released to his parents with a referral to juvenile intake authorities. |
