Getting Started!

ìBrain Freeze,î a 10-part serial story, is a cross-country adventure about a group of kids determined to save their school. Along the way, they learn about our nationís history and heroes, its sites and rights.

Each week, read the story in the newspaper, and then return here to answer questions that explore the story, its characters and issues, writing techniques, and newspaper activities.

The questions and activities for each chapter will help keep your brain learning and churning as you go along for the ride.
