Learn about managing heart failure
Nov. 1: Mary Washington Healthcare's Fifth Annual Heart Failure Forum is scheduled for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the John F. Fick Conference Center on Sam Perry Boulevard. Speakers include a cardiac nurse practitioner, sleep medicine physician, exercise specialist and nutritionist who will touch on ways to manage heart failure. Walk the trails
