Acts of kindness and generosity can decrease stress, just as unkind acts can increase it. -
» Stand firm and chop
Today's exercise is called the "lunge stance chop." It involves lunging forward with one leg, standing firm and, without twisting your trunk, moving your arms in a chopping motion.
