VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY OF STAFFORD CHRISTIAN NALLELY MOORE, Plaintiff, v. Case No.: CL21002759-00 JONATHAN JAY MOORE, Defendant. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is for the Plaintiff, Christian Nallely Moore (hereinafter the "Plaintiff"), to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Defendant, Jonathan Jay Moore (hereinafter the "Defendant"), on the grounds of living separate and apart for a period in excess of twelve (12) months pursuant to §20-91(A)(9) of the Code of Virginia,1950, as amended; and It appearing from the Affidavit In Support Of Order of Publication filed by the Plaintiff that the last known address of the Defendant is 104 Galway Lane, Stafford, Virginia 225544; that the Defendant is a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia but his exact whereabouts are known to the Plaintiff; and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain what county or city the Defendant is without effect; it is therefore ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before October 4, 2021 in Courtroom #3 to protect her interests herein; and It is further ORDERED that the above-paragraphs of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Free Lance-Star of Fredericksburg, Virginia, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Stafford, Virginia; and It is further ORDERED that the Certificate of Publication should be sent to this Court and the bill to Rinehart, Butler, Hodge, Moss & Bryant, P.L.C., Attention: R. Ted Butler, Esquire. 1259 Courthouse Road, Suites 105 & 205, Stafford, Virginia 22554; and It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall post a copy of the Order at the front door of the Stafford County Courthouse and shall mail a copy of the Order to the Defendant at the post office address given in the Affidavit filed by the Plaintiff.
