ALL PERSONS, IF ANY, CLAIMING PARENTAL RIGHTS TO NIKLAUS PRINCE GARY CHILDS, biological child of Ashley Ann Karam, SUCH PERSONS BEING MADE RESPONDENTS HERETO UNDER THE GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF "PARTIES UNKNOWN," ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is for Caroline County Department of Social Services to request the court to terminate the residual parental rights, including right of visitation, right to consent to adoption, the responsibility of support and all other rights and responsibilities remaining with the biological father of NIKLAUS PRINCE GARY CHILDS; and to obtain the right to place the child for adoption, And based on the Affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exist sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication. Therefore, it is ORDERED that all parties who may have an interest in these proceedings appear at the above-named Court on or before May 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to protect their interests. It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Free Lance Star, Fredericksburg, Virginia; and that a copy be posted on the front door of the courthouse.
