NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Legal Description: Instrument No. 20110516000026170 Tax Map Reference Number: PT James Harvey Parcel A 2.47 Acres King George Highway, King George, VA 22485 In execution of a Deferred Purchase Money Deed of Trust in the amount of $96,000.00 dated March 28, 2006, recorded as Instrument Number 060001809, default having occurred in the payment of a Note secured thereby, and that at the request of the Holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front entrance of Circuit Court of King George County, Virginia, 9483 Kings Highway, King George, VA 22485-3444, on the 20th day of August, 2020, at 12:00p.m., the property described in the Credit Line Deed of Trust and its subsequent modifications, located at the above address, and briefly described as: All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Rappahannock Magisterial District, King George County, Virginia, containing an area of 2.469 acres, more or less, as shown as Parcel "A" on a plat of survey made by Deputy Land Surveying, Inc. dated August 15, 1999, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of King George County, Virginia in Plat Book 17, at Page 222. BEING the same property conveyed unto the Grantors from Albert R. Childs and Barbara C. Childs by a Deed dated March 28, 2006 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 585, at Page 908. The tract or parcel of land herein conveyed is conveyed together with all ways, easements and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise inci dent or appertaining. TERMS OF SALE: CASH.
