this seems like an awfully paranoid take on the cocktails. not sure how take-out cocktails are any different from picking up beer or wine from a grocery store. it's not terribly hard to open either if your intent is to do something foolish. the issue of marijuana is perhaps a more accurate warning, but not because of what people might do when access to pot is easier. I would posit that the danger lies in a lack of understanding by both the public and the government of what actually constitutes dangerous levels of intoxication. we have to come to a better understanding of what is and is not impairment - we don't even do it well with alcohol, assuming impairment based on an arbitrarily assigned threshold based on very suspect test processes - we have a much less informed understanding of marijuana. let's focus on data driven analysis of where the real issues could come up rather than hot takes based on nothing but fear.
