Democrats want to usurp local governments

In four months, voters will have a choice between liberty and tyranny, capitalism and socialism. America is at an ideological crossroads. The only obstacle against the continuing chaos and violence in blue states and cities is President Trump.

If the Democratic Party takes control, their version of economics will guarantee a depression. While there is misguided support for the Marxist Black Lives Matter and terrorist Antifa, irresponsible Democrats have not condemned their anarchistic actions.

Recently, the president of NY BLM has threatened to “burn down the system, if the country doesn’t give us what you want.”

Perhaps even more threatening to America is former Vice President Joe Biden’s embrace of the Obama administration’s radical “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing” regulation.

This is the Democrats’ plan to eliminate the suburbs by “forcing economic integration” on these geographic entities, pushing urban residents outside the city, closing down suburban growth by regulating development, restricting automobile use and limiting highway growth and repair, thus forcing suburbanites back to the city.

Biden wants to use federal laws to force suburbs to redistribute tax revenue to poorer cities in their greater metropolitan region. Single-family zoning will be eliminated and high density low-income housing will be part of the landscape.

Biden also endorses Sen. Cory Booker’s more muscular approach to making this a reality by holding the suburbs hostage and denying them federal grants and funding until they sign pledges to “affirmatively further fair housing.”

This will end local governance and choices in how Americans want to live. And some liberals mock me when I don’t trust big government.

Republicans are aware of the Democrats’ anti-suburban plan, but are too timid to make it an issue. However, if Trump is reelected, this radical proposal will be one plan he will destroy.
